1. About the Service

Liberate is a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy practice operated by Provolve Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Sessions are delivered by a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. Life Beyond Jabs is a specialist programme operated by the same company, and these terms apply to it except where its own terms say otherwise.

2. Nature of the Service

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy. It is not a medical service and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Sessions are designed to support emotional wellbeing and behavioural change, and are intended to complement — not replace — the guidance of your GP, prescribing clinician or other healthcare professionals.

If you are living with a health condition, or are currently taking, reducing or have recently stopped any prescribed medication, you should continue to follow the advice of your treating clinician. Any changes to medication should be discussed with them.

3. Eligibility

Sessions are available to adults aged 18 and over. Certain health conditions may mean that hypnotherapy is not suitable, or that modifications are required. Suitability is assessed during the initial consultation.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that you will disclose any relevant health information when asked. If you are unsure whether the approach is suitable for you, please raise this during the free introductory call.

4. Sessions

All sessions take place online via video call. Session times are agreed in advance. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a suitable private space and a stable internet connection for the duration of each session.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will be rescheduled without charge.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or where you do not attend without prior notice, will be charged in full.
• Where an agreed course of sessions cannot be completed due to exceptional circumstances, the position will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment

Payment is required in advance of each session. Session fees are confirmed at the point of booking, are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Fees are correct at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time.

7. Recordings and Materials

Where a guided relaxation recording or other written material is provided as part of your sessions, it is for your personal use only and must not be shared or reproduced. Recordings should not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or in any other situation where alertness is required.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared within sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Confidentiality may only be broken in specific circumstances: where required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to another person. In such circumstances, only the minimum necessary information will be shared with the appropriate person or authority, and wherever possible you will be informed beforehand.

9. Outcomes

Sessions are designed to support lasting change. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. No representation is made that sessions will result in any specific outcome.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, audio recordings and content provided as part of your sessions are the intellectual property of Provolve Ltd and are licensed to you for personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, adapted or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Provolve Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in sessions, or from any decision you make in connection with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Provolve Ltd reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
