Liberate is a trading name of Provolve Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal information collected in connection with this service. Life Beyond Jabs is operated by the same company.

We do not collect sensitive personal data without your knowledge, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with this service.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Arrange and manage your sessions
• Provide any materials agreed as part of your sessions
• Keep a record of our therapeutic work together in line with professional practice standards
• Process payment for sessions

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract — arranging and delivering your sessions following booking.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry data (where you do not go on to book sessions) — retained for up to 2 years, then securely deleted.
• Client records — retained for a minimum of 7 years following the end of our work together, in line with professional practice guidelines. After this period, records are securely deleted.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers — such as video call platforms and email services, who are subject to appropriate data protection obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• Authorities or third parties — where we have a legal obligation to do so, or where a safeguarding concern requires disclosure.

Any disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary information. Where possible, you will be informed before disclosure takes place.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and professional retention requirements

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. All sessions take place over encrypted video connections. Client notes are stored securely and are accessible only to your therapist.

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. No cookie consent banner is therefore required. If this changes, this policy will be updated and appropriate notice provided.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page. We will notify clients of any material changes.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
